has set milestones for the company, first the pre-launch booking showed
the kind of buzz the car had created. Now by recording over 22,000
bookings even before 3 weeks of its launch, the Amaze has left its
closest rival Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire in initial bookings. The reason
why the Amaze saw such a huge response are some key areas in which Amaze
beats most cars falling in the same price range. Except the
best-in-class power output and best-in-industry mileage figures, the
Amaze is a well priced product and it costs even lesser to many premimum
hatches. The company has also delivered 4852 units in April, which
helped the company record a growth of 20%.Honda Amaze was rolled out at
an attractive price of Rs 4.99 lakh and 5.99 lakh in petrol and diesel versions respectively.

The 88bhp petrol and 98bhp diesel engines on the Amaze are powerful and
one of the best in its segment, atleast on the manuscript. Honda Amaze indeed is a powerful system in its class. Since the vehicle is offered in two broad categories based on fuel types, the petrol versions of Honda Amaze are equipped with a 4-cylinder SOHC i-VTEC engine which is capable of churning out 1198cc displacement while their siblings in the diesel category are powerful enough to offer a competitive 1498cc displacement with their four cylinder DOHC i-DTEC engine . Honda Amaze took the right decision in offering a rather powerful engine for the diesel variant because ultimately the power offered by both the engine types are ensured to be more or less competitive and at times the diesel engine even ends up performing better than the petrol version. The petrol engine brings out a power of 86.7bhp at 6000rpm while the same for the diesel variant is a stunning 98.6bhp at 3600rpm. The adjustable steering wheel can be tilted based on the drivers position helping in offering a comfortable ride .

The Honda Amaze though did not have a significant difference in its external measurements such as height, wheel base, length and width, the vehicle does have a difference in terms of the weight of the vehicle. Style: Great look compare to others in same catogary. Well designed
sedan which is having length less than 2 meters.Comfort: Great leg room
space. Fronst seats are okay. Rear seats are well designed and
comfortable. Luggage space is neither small nor big. But sufficient to

heights its adjustable seats are comfort to drive
Pickup though power comes late by few seconds, it has enormous power,
you will feel small amount of power being utilized to overtake, be it

Honda Car India has recently launched its much-anticipated first ever
diesel car 'Amaze' in India. The mid-size sedan has been selling in huge
numbers, and grabbed 22,000 bookings in three weeks, as the waiting
period goes to 5-6 months. Now, the Japanese auto giant is all set to
launch Amaze compact sedan in the Nepali Market. The first entry-level
sedan from Honda is slated to debut in Nepal by June this year.

It's been just three weeks, Honda Cars India launched its much
anticipated compact sedan, the Amaze in India, and it has already
outshined the response its arch rival Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire received
at the launch, a year back. Honda Amaze has already recorded a whooping
22,000 bookings within three weeks of its launch, and it all happened
as it was Honda's first ever diesel vehicle in India. The company has
also delivered 4852 units in April, which helped the company record a
growth of 20%.
